2027 is a landmark year as our organisation will be marking 10 years from its founding. The annual conference has been a cornerstone educational and networking event since the foundation of WiMIN.

At the upcoming conference 2027, we take stock of the achievement of women in medicine in Ireland, look at some of the current challenges, and the changes we can bring as we build towards the future.

Since its inaugural Conference in Dublin, WiMIN conferences have taken on challenging conversations, explored diversity, encouraged “Deeds not Words” and practical guidance on challenging areas in all stages of women's medical careers, with contributions from expert panels, insightful conversations, and international speakers.
